I recently had an identity theft. No the person didn't use my name or bank account. He stole an idea I shared with him. Not only did he steal it he will probably make a fair amount of money with it. I don't know whether to be mad at him for taking my idea or mad at myself for not moving faster.

Leave it to Karma he will suffer a similar fate. Hopefully next time you should document things and go after the person legally.
